License

Tesboard is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement governs your use of the app, including its warranty disclaimers and limits of liability. The points below are a plain-language summary of what matters most for an app you use in a car; if anything here conflicts with the EULA, the EULA applies.

Driving safety comes first

• Tesboard shows glanceable information only. It does not replace your car’s own displays, warnings or controls.
• Always obey traffic laws and the rules on phone use and mounting where you drive. Mount your iPhone securely so it does not block your view or airbags.
• Don’t interact with the app while driving. Set it up before you start, or let a passenger do it.
• You remain fully responsible for driving safely and for how you use the app.

Numbers are estimates

Energy consumption, range, trip energy and similar figures are estimates calculated on your iPhone from the data your car reports. They can be delayed, incomplete or different from what your car shows. When speed is filled in from your iPhone’s GPS, it can differ from the car’s speedometer. Do not rely on Tesboard for safety-critical or financial decisions — for example whether you can reach a charger — and always check your car’s own display.

Your car and its software

Tesboard connects to your car over Bluetooth as a phone key, using a key that is created on your iPhone and approved by you with your key card. Which data is available depends on your car, its software version and region, and Tesla may change its software at any time. We work to keep Tesboard compatible, but we cannot guarantee that every feature works on every vehicle or will keep working after a car software update. You can remove Tesboard’s key at any time, in the app or in the car’s Locks settings.

Purchases and subscriptions

Premium features are sold through the App Store. Payment, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID’s Subscriptions settings. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See Support for step-by-step help.

Tesboard is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. Other product names are used only to describe compatibility.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The effective date above shows the latest version; significant changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
